Artwork Help

The following guideline should help with artwork supply, if you have any further questions please ask and we will be happy to help.

FILES

Ideally all artwork should be submitted as print ready PDFs with all fonts embedded or outlined as applicable. Images should be of 300dpi or higher to ensure quality of the final product and a 5mm bleed should be included on the artwork.

We can also work with

• Quark Express – supply fonts and images
• Illustrator – fonts converted to outlines
• Freehand – fonts converted to paths
• Photoshop – layers flattened, at least 300 dpi, JPEG or Tiff
• Corel Draw fonts converted to Curves then export as Illustrator AI
• Indesign - fonts converted to outlines

COLOUR

Artwork should be sent as CMYK, or set to pantone colours where relevant.

Files sent as RGB will be converted to CMYK which may alter the colour composition significantly.

If you are in need of artwork for your campaign, let our creative and experienced designers create a striking design on your behalf. Email us any logos or pictures you wish to have included along with any colour or layout preferences you may have- we will work to whatever specifications you have in mind. We will provide you with a proof to ensure you are 100% satisfied, before it goes to print, free of charge.

If you are unsure of the correct artwork format or design to use, then we also offer a service to make you files print ready. Just include text, fonts, logos, images and the rough layout or send us a scanned sample and leave the hassle to us.

All design services are charged at an additional cost based on a standard rate of £35 per hour and will be charged dependant on the amount of work entailed. If this service is required then please get in touch!
