Bespoke packaging

Here at Lanes Printers, we can create bespoke packaging for various items.

Previously we have designed candle and soap boxes with tailored sizing to fit a client’s products. Most recently we have worked with natural skincare brand, Haeckels. All of the boxes at Lanes Printers can be made bespoke to your measurements of products.

Flat boxes are great because they are designed for slim products and when built the flaps wrap around to create the boxes, but they will leave an extended edge that provides impact resistance and corner protection.

We have also recently created bespoke mailer envelopes for a watch company. These are great if you're a company who works with smaller items because mailing envelopes are less expensive to ship and also occupy less space. And once put together, they do not have to be set up or taped so less labour is also a benefit of using mailer envelopes.

Additionally, we also have crash-lock boxes. We design and create these bespoke and they are very popular because they are easy to assemble in one quick action, with the base designed to simply fold out and automatically interlock.

All of the boxes at Lanes Printers can be made bespoke to your measurements of products. We can provide custom printed sleeves which can include your logo, branding colours and font all to accompany your boxes - ensuring your packaging is onbrand and bespoke. We have a variety of options too meaning you can have your box made out of different material such as recycled cardboard or kraft boards.

We offer a range of board options from economy folding box boards, to creative colour options including fluorescent and environmentally friendly recycled boards. We believe that we can all do our bit to help the environment and we all want to decrease our carbon footprint!

We can offer a range of laminate finishes including various textures, patterns, glitter, biodegradable and antibacterial options, which will give you that piece of mind that you printed goods are safe and germ free.

To add a touch of luxury to your bespoke packaging we can offer spot UV, embossing, and foiling.

The great thing about us here at Lanes Printers is we can assist from the concept to design stage, and can supply dummies to ensure packaging will fit perfectly to the product. We print in house on a B1 full colour press to give vibrant beautiful packaging and with our on press colour management, we ensure branding consistency. We can also print on stock thicknesses up to 1.2mm with templates being made bespoke to the exact requirements; we cut out in house and can supply as a flat product or glue and finish in house for your convenience.
