Stealth Masks

Lanes Printers have recently worked with Stealth Mask to provide leaflets to accompany the air filtration masks that will be supplied to the NHS.

Stealth Mask is a specialist manufacturer and wholesale supplier of respiratory protection equipment and they supply to industrial and healthcare sectors. NHS guidelines recommend Stealth’s P3 Half Mask as it offers 99%+ filtration efficiency; it is the preferred choice for thousands of UK clinicians already. Companies such as Mydentist and Rodericks Dental, the UK’s largest dental care providers, have chosen Stealth Mask as their preferred reusable mask across their network of 700+ combined practices.

Lanes have helped provide NHS registered leaflets and due to the increase in production output in 2020 of around 3.7 million masks, we had to adhere to a very quick turnaround and it was vital that they were produced on time. Stealth Masks have some very significant healthcare sector contracts, so we had to work together on a tight deadline. The masks were vital to healthcare professionals as it was during the height of the pandemic and they needed (and still need) crucial protection from Covid19. Stealth masks were very happy with our professionalism and pace of work.

We offer Patient Information Leaflets (PILs) / Instruction for use (IFUs), Cosmetic Inserts and Folded Miniature Leaflets. We have a huge amount of experience as we supply over 12 million miniature leaflets to the pharmaceutical industry each year. Miniature leaflets are the ideal solution to fit in any box or around any bottle to include important information about the product. In many cases, this is a legal requirement, such as the pharmaceutical industry requires patient information leaflets (PILs).

We use a range of B3 and B1 perfector sheet fed litho presses with colour management to ensure efficiency and precision. We print on large format sheet sizes of B1 (1020mm x 720mm) and offer various folds and a minimum fold size of 15mm. We use a range of materials - we can discuss individual requirements and are flexible to all aspects of the specification.
